Online shopping is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply view the items you wish to purchase, enter the desired quantity, and then click the 'Add to Cart' button. Once you have selected all the items you require, click the 'View My Shopping Cart' link at the top left of the page, and follow the prompts to complete the checkout process. To complete the checkout process you will first have to create an account with your delivery address so we can calculate postage.
When placing your order you can choose to provide your credit card details online, or phone them through later. Please choose to phone through your credit card details later if you wish to pay via Direct Deposit. Once your order has been placed, we will check to see if your items are in stock, and notify you by phone if they need to be ordered from our suppliers first. Your credit card will not be charged until we have all your items in stock and we are ready to post them.
While browsing our site you can simply add the products you like to your Shopping Cart. When you are finished shopping and you would like to order the items, click on the 'View My Shopping Cart' link at the top right of the page, make sure you are happy with the list of items shown and continue to the ‘Checkout’.
FOR RETURNING CUSTOMERS: If you are already a registered user, you can log in by entering your email address and password. Your personal details, billing and shipping address should already appear and you only need to confirm that they are correct.
FOR NEW CUSTOMERS: You will need to set up a customer account with us. You will need to enter a valid email address, and choose a username and password. This account can be reused for all future purchases from Claussens Menswear. You will also need to enter your 'Bill To' information - this information will appear on your invoice and includes your business and personal name, your address, and contact details. Required fields are marked with an asterix (*).
ACTIVATION EMAIL: After you have created a new account, you will be sent an activation email to the email address you nominated during account creation. The email will contain a link which you will need to follow in order to complete the checkout process. This is a security measure to make sure that you have entered a valid email address to receive your electronic invoice.
SHIPPING INFORMATION: On the next page you can choose to have your items sent to your billing address, or nominate a new shipping address for delivery.
SHIPPING METHOD: An estimated cost of shipping will be displayed on the next page. Note: Depending on the size of your order, additional shipping charges may apply. If additional shipping charges are required, a representative from Claussens Menswear will contact you first. If you would like Express Postage, please enter a note into the 'Additional Instructions' field during the final part of the checkout process.
PAYMENT METHOD: Please select whether you would like to enter your credit card details online, or phone through your credit card details later. Direct Deposit and Money Order are available on request, please select the 'I will phone through my credit card details' payment method and then contact us on (02) 4228 3761 to arrange payment.
ORDER REVIEW: Please confirm the quantity, sizes and colors of the items you have chosen. A final estimated amount including postage will be shown. Please leave any additional instructions such as 'Express Postage' in the additional instructions box before clicking 'Confirm Order'.
ORDER NOTIFICATION: A final page will display a message that your order has been confirmed. A confirmation email will be sent to you including your billing details, payment method, shipping information, shipping method, and your purchase details. You can view your order online by following the link supplied.
Once your account has been created, you can update your details at any time by using the 'Account Maintenance' link located at the bottom left of the page.
Log into your account using the login box at the bottom left of the page. Click the 'Account Maintenance' link at the bottom left of the page. A list of your current and historical orders will be shown. Click the 'View' button to see a copy of your order invoice.
Claussens Menswear accepts Visa and Mastercard for online payments.
Claussens Menswear cannot accept cheques as payment for goods purchased through our website.
A copy of your invoice will be emailed to your email address. You can also view your invoice online by logging into your account. If you require, a copy of your invoice can be resent to your email address or faxed to you, please contact us on (02) 4228 3761 to arrange a copy.
Your credit card will not be charged until we have confirmed that all your items are in stock and are ready to be posted. You will be notified first if any items are unavialable or any additional postage charges are required. Once your order has been finalized, your credit card will be charged using our in store EFTPOS facilities.
All deliveries are sent from Wollongong through Australia Post, and will generally arrive within 3-5 business days within Australia.
Yes, during the checkout process you can specify a different address for Shipping and Billing.

A detailed size chart is available online for determining the size of garments. If your purchased item does not fit or you have accidentally ordered the wrong size, please contact us and we will gladly refund or exchange it.
